What got you into Real Estate?
Mary Anne Collins – After a successful career in sales and marketing in the Computer and Publishing Market, I relocated with my husband to Texas in 1994.  My children were young at the time, so I decided to start a new career in Real Estate that would allow a more flexible schedule.  Well I started off with a bang as Rookie of the Year in my first year in business.  I have been ranked as one of the top 5 Individual producers almost every year.  For the last 4 years, I have been the number one Individual Agent in the Largest Market Center in Dallas.  This achievement was a result of treating every client as if they are the only ones I am working with at the time and offering service that exceeds their expectations.  We treat our clients like family. Our business has been built on personal referrals from our past clients.    Last year, we expanded and added a Buyer’s Agent to our team so that we could spread the excellent service that we offer our Buyers!  I love the business of Real Estate!!

Do you get referrals – what percentage?
Approximately 80% of our business is derived from Referrals from our previous clients – We have a quarterly referral contest, a monthly newsletter about referrals and we have referral parties. We believe in the adage that you are a Client for Life

Do you have systems in place to keep in constant contact with me?
Yes – we have software to remind us of every detail concerning your sale or purchase – this is the first thing reviewed everyday via real time. We also have communications via personal FAX, e-mail, Voice Mail and personal contact. You will decide how much you wish to be communicated with and in what manner.

Do you invest in Training and Equipment?
State Law requires training to renew your Real Estate License – we also select and attend at least two major seminars or training classes every year just to keep ahead of legal changes and improvements in technology. Training and Technology is an on going process.  Not only do we train, but we teach others as well.

How do you work with a Personal Assistant?
We use a Virtual Assistant(s) to “assist” us with our Web Site, database maintenance, graphic design and developing technology that we do not have expertise.  You will rarely hear from our Assistant – we prefer that we be your primary contact and representative.
